Empowering Youth through 25 Safe and Inclusive Spaces

Denver, CO (August 21, 2023) - Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is thrilled to announce a major expansion with the opening of seven new Boys & Girls Clubs for the 2023-24 school year. This exciting initiative grows Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver’s reach to 25 Clubs throughout Metro Denver. These dynamic additions are made possible through a collaborative effort with three outstanding school districts: Denver Public Schools, Westminster Public Schools (WPS), and KIPP Colorado Public Schools. 

This advancement reinforces the commitment of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver to provide safe, inclusive, and enriching spaces for youth engagement and growth. The newly established Clubs will serve a diverse range of communities and offer a wide spectrum of programs tailored to meet the needs of young individuals. 

The seven new Boys & Girls Clubs are: 

  • U Prep Steele Street Boys & Girls Club 
  • U Prep Arapahoe Street Boys & Girls Club 
  • DSST Elevate NE Boys & Girls Club 
  • Sunset Ridge Boys & Girls Club 
  • Tennyson Knolls Boys & Girls Club 
  • Josephine Hodgkins Boys & Girls Club 
  • KIPP Sunshine Peak Boys & Girls Club

These Clubs represent a vital partnership between Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and school districts across the city, bringing together a wealth of resources and expertise to create positive educational experiences and opportunities for kids and teenagers.
