Serving More Kids: Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and University Preparatory Schools Launch Two New Clubs in 2023
Providing Safe and Inclusive Spaces for Youth Engagement and Growth
Denver, CO (July 17, 2023) - Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with University Preparatory Schools (U Prep) to open two brand new Boys & Girls Clubs this fall. The Clubs will be located at U Prep Steele Street and U Prep Arapahoe Street, both within Denver Public Schools.
This collaboration between Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and U Prep marks a significant milestone in providing comprehensive out-of-school resources and opportunities to Denver’s kids. By leveraging the strengths of both organizations, this partnership aims to equitably enhance educational experiences and positive outcomes for young people in the area.

The new Boys & Girls Clubs at U Prep Steele Street and U Prep Arapahoe Street will provide a safe, inclusive, affordable space where young people can engage in a wide range of programs and activities. From academic support to sports, arts, and leadership development. Club members will have access to a diverse array of opportunities that promote their overall well-being and personal growth.

U Prep Steele Street Boys & Girls Club and U Prep Arapahoe Street Boys & Girls Club will officially open their doors this fall on August 21, welcoming students in grades k-5. Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and U Prep are dedicated to ensuring that the Clubs are affordable and accessible to all. New members can register online now.
