We are proud to share our Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Report with you, a testament to our collective commitment to creating a brighter future for kids and teens in Metro Denver. This past year, we expanded our reach by opening four new Boys & Girls Clubs bringing our total to 27 Clubs, reaching over 40,000 kids and teens across Metro Denver.
Our focus on high-quality programs remained steadfast, empowering young minds to build resilience, explore their passions, and develop confidence and character. We also prioritized investing in our incredible team. By offering competitive benefits and robust professional development opportunities, we fostered an environment where staff can grow and thrive, enabling them to deliver the highest standard of care and service to our members. This commitment earned us national recognition, including ranking in the 90th percentile for safety across all Boys & Girls Clubs of America and receiving the Safety on Wheels award at the Southwest Leadership Conference.
